General Questions

What services do you provide?

We offer comprehensive outpatient treatment services, including individual counseling, group therapy, substance use disorder treatment, relapse prevention, and case management. Our programs are designed to address the unique needs of each client.

Yes, we accept Medi-Cal for all eligible clients. Our team can help you verify your benefits and guide you through the enrollment process.

Our program is open to individuals struggling with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions. We serve adults, including those referred by the court system, probation, or other community partners.

Enrollment and Scheduling

How do I enroll in your program?

To enroll, fill out the client referral from online or call our office to schedule an initial intake appointment. During this appointment, we will conduct an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care for your needs.

The intake process typically takes 1-2 1/2 hours. This includes completing paperwork, verifying insurance, and conducting an assessment.

We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Currently, appointments can be scheduled by calling our office. We are working to add online scheduling in the future.

Treatment and Programs

What is Outpatient Treatment?

Outpatient treatment allows clients to attend therapy sessions and receive support while maintaining their daily responsibilities, such as work, school, or family commitments. It is an effective option for those who do not require 24-hour care.

The frequency of sessions depends on your treatment plan. Some clients attend 3 times per week, while others may participate in more intensive programs requiring multiple sessions per week.

Payment and Insurance

What if I don't have Medi-Cal?

If you don’t have Medi-Cal, we can help you explore other payment options, including private insurance, cash pay, or assistance with applying for Medi-Cal benefits.

For Medi-Cal clients, services are typically covered in full. However, we recommend contacting our office to confirm your benefits and any potential costs.

Yes, we have staff available to assist you with the Medi-Cal application process and answer any questions you may have.

Court Ordered Clients

Do you accept court-ordered clients?

Yes, we work with courts, probation officers, and legal representatives to provide treatment for court-mandated clients. We can also provide progress reports and documentation as required.

You will need your court order or referral paperwork. If you have questions, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Special Accomodations

Do you offer services in languages other than English?

Yes, we provide services in Spanish. Please let us know your language preferences when scheduling your intake appointment.
