A DUI program is an educational and rehabilitation service designed for individuals convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs. These programs aim to reduce the risk of re-offending by addressing substance abuse issues, educating participants on the dangers and consequences of impaired driving, and promoting safer driving practices. DUI programs are typically required by the court as part of sentencing following a DUI conviction.

The frequency of sessions depends on the length of your program. Sessions may be held once a week for 2 hours, or up to twice a week for 2 hours each session.

We accept the following documents:

Conviction paperwork or court minutes detailing the length of the program and violation date.

DMV driving records or any documents from the DMV specifying the program length and violation date.

We offer services in English at all locations, plus Spanish at our Fairfield location.
